WELCOME TO KNITEC RETURNS + WARRANTY SERVICE

Our apologies in advance that you even have to be on this page, so let’s make this quick!

Once submitted, your return process has officially started and KniTec, Inc. will handle the rest for you.

In order to expedite your return, please use the appropriate form below. Thank you!

If you are returning an unused item, DO NOT open the box. All unused returns must be in unopened original factory packaging.

    Note: Do not open the box if you are returning an unused display.


    Please upload photos as indicated. The "Set Tag" photo is required for all returns. It is located on the back of the unit, as shown in the example below. Additional photos of the box are required if you're requesting a return that is 30-90 days beyond the date of delivery.



    Please prove you are human by selecting the Key.

    Please note there is a 5mb limit for each image. If you encounter a problem, please reduce the size of your image(s) and try again.
