Returns

In the event of minor or major damage, any holes, tears, cuts, etc. should be noted by writing the words "DAMAGED + the item" on the POD, or refusing the item and contacting your sales rep or customer service. For example: “Damaged LCD”. Please be as detailed as possible in your description of the damage as simply noting “damaged”is considered invalid to the carriers.
If there are items missing from your order you must write "ORDER INCOMPLETE" as well as what is missing from the order, on the POD.
Please keep all boxes and original packaging as photos of boxes are required for a concealed damage claim submission. Please inspect the units upon arrival. Concealed damage must be reported within 30 days of shipment (this includes delivery time).
Manufacturers defects must be reported within 30 days for replacement. Outside of 30 days, manufacturers defects will fall under warranty repairs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 866-469-7111 or CustomerService@Knitec.com.
