If the damaged unit is causing a room to be down, we will do our best to expedite your return, and advance replace (if all criteria are met) to help you get back up to capacity while your return takes place.

If the damaged unit(s) is causing a a delay for your installation, we will advance replace your product (if all criteria are met) to help save you from a costly reschedule.

This varies by manufacturer, but returns are typically processed within 48 - 72 hours. We will keep you informed if there is a delay or if replacements are back ordered..
